Shipping & returns

If you have any questions regarding our products or your individual order or you need some shopping assistance, please email us at info@miniandyou.com and we will answer your question as soon as possible. 

Delivery time

Once we have recieved your order, we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. We try to ship your order within 2 working days.

All our packages will be handled via courier services, track and trace included. After your packages has been sent, you will receive your Track & Trace code by mail. 

Please allow extra days for your delivery if ordering on a Friday, Ramadan, public holiday or high season time of the year.

Shipping costs

GCC:
We currently offer FREE Shipping in the total GCC for orders above AED300,-. If the order is less than the minimum order amount, a flat shipping rate of AED 50,- will apply.

Shipping within the UAE is always FREE OF CHARGE.

* ATTENTION! When you return products and your final order amount comes below the free shipping limit, the free shipping of your initial order will expire. The costs will be settled with the return amount.

How do I return an item?

Is your order not quite to your liking? Follow the steps below to process your return.

Note: If you have a complaint or damaged item, please send an email to: info@miniandyou.com within 24 hours before returning it to us. Photos and a clear description of the complaint must be provided so that the complaint can be handled. Each item is thoroughly checked on arrival and on departure from the warehouse.

Return procedure

– Sale items cannot be returned and/or exchanged.

– Returns within 7 days.

– Send an email to info@miniandyou.com with your request to return.

– The return costs are for your own account and must be arranged by the customer.

– Items are unused and undamaged (fitting is allowed provided the packaging remains intact).

– Return items remain the responsibility of the sender until they are received.

TIP! Always send and track and trace and keep the proof of shipment.

Exchange?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items. Because we work with a limited stock, we can’t guarantee sizes. If you wish to receive another item or size, you have to place a new order.

Products that have been purchased with a discount or in sale may not be returned.

On all offers, orders and agreements of Beach & Bandits Dubai attached Terms and Conditions will apply. The acceptance of an offer or the placing of an order implies that the consumer automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
