Beach & Bandits finds it very important to ensure that all of our customer’s personal information is treated with the utmost care and security. Beach & Bandits will not give the consumer’s personal information to third parties, except when the information is required for the delivery of the order. When making an order, Beach & Bandits requires the consumer’s name, invoice and delivery addresses, and payment details so that an order can be processed. The payment details will only be used to conclude the payment process. Records of website visits are kept for statistical purposes. Information concerning the amount of visitors and visitor frequency to our website will be used for internal research and website improvement. However, this general information is anonymous and cannot be traced back to the individual visitor.

To protect you as a website visitor, all payments through our webshop are safely processed by MOLLIE. MOLLIE can handle many types of payments such as iDEAL, Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, Paypal, etc. and handles the different types of transactions for more than 24,000 merchants.

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors younger than 16, except when express permission was obtained from the parents or guardian. BEACH & BANDITS cannot check whether a visitor is over the age of 16, and, therefore, recommends that parents be actively involved in their child’s online activities. Only then can we, together, prevent the collection of personal data relating to minors without parental consent. Please contact us at info@beachandbandits.com if you feel that we have collected personal information relating to a minor without parental consent. We will delete this information immediately.

Sharing with others

BEACH & BANDITS will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only provide this personal information when required for proper execution of the agreement with you or when required by law. We conclude a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the companies that process your personal data on our behalf, to ensure that your data is treated with the same level of protection and confidentiality. BEACH & BANDITS is still considered the Controller.

Inspecting, adjusting or deleting information

You have the right to inspect your personal information and to ask us to correct and/or delete it. Please send your request to info@beachandbandits.com if you have questions concerning BEACH & BANDITS’s processing of personal data. BEACH & BANDITS wants to make sure that you were indeed the one who submitted the request to inspect. Therefore, we kindly request that you include a copy of your identity document when you ask us to inspect, correct and/or delete personal data. To protect your privacy, BEACH & BANDITS asks you to black out your ID photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the bar with numbers at the bottom of the ID/passport), your passport/ID number and your citizen service number (BSN) on the copy that you send to us. BEACH & BANDITS will respond to your request as soon as possible, but will, in any event, respond within four weeks.

Right of complaint
